Sea Chicken Freeloader
Many people will disagree but for me, figuring out how much sleep I really need was key.
I can’t sleep more than 6 hours a night and usually 5 hours is plenty. I dispute the claims that everyone needs 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

I get up at 4:30 and run or work out on the Peloton before going to work. Then, at night, I don’t go to bed until my eyes are closing and I can barely stay awake, usually about 10:30 or 11 and I almost always sleep through the night.

Changing careers to a job where I do manual labor in the Florida heat all day also helped.
