I'll give you a copy of a book I wrote. My wife tells me it always puts her to
sleep.
Honestly, I've taken 1 Ambien a night for about 15 years. That works for me. I have to be up by 4:45 and so I can't allow myself to stay awake anything past 11 p.m. or I'm very tired the next day.
