All my employees were 18-23 few years ago, and only 1/15 had there license. Couple factors: Californians and Hispanic
But I was absolutely shocked. I got mine at 15.5. In fact I just watched a wonder years episode last night where Kevin is praying for his friend to pass the driving test so they can just go drive around. That was absolutely me at his age
