It's currently $104.95 and includes a pass to Lagoon, a pass to Splash Summit, ski passes for a few different resorts, and a lot of other fun options for entertainment over the year. Basically, you're paying the price of a Lagoon ticket but get a bunch of other stuff thrown in for free.
Only downside is that the ticket for Lagoon can't be used on a Saturday during the summer. But, it's a way more pleasant experience at Lagoon on weekdays anyways.
