How well would a great wolf lodge type thing do in Utah?
Would you even need the hotel part or just an indoor/outdoor water park?

Have you been to one? Much more than an indoor / outdoor park. The one in Scottsdale is becoming a family reunion mecca.

It would be a nightmare to be a guest at a Utah based GWL.
