Lot's of important stuff in the potential settlement including big NIL changes
-Prohibition of booster payments if not true NIL (how would you police it?)
-Significant incentives to bring NIL in house (wouldn't bar external collectives, but universities would be incented to bring it in house)
-Salary cap of up to $22 MM
