I haven't seen a rational argument to counter the fact that Trump's stimulus bills put TONS of money into households when the problem wasn't a consumption problem but a production problem (and an ability to spend during lockdowns). Once people could start spending the money from both Biden and Trump, prices started to spike like crazy. Both are terrible at fiscal policy.
