Take 3-4 weeks off to let it heal then come up with a plan to load manage. So it really is a time thing (though I get some PTs feel some of their exercises help)

Obviously when you’re talking gymnastics PLUS track that’s a difficult task, but it’s a pretty clear sign her growing ten year old body isn’t going to handle that without some changes.
