Really I figure I only need like 5 subs
Concrete, framing, siding, roofing and basic electrical.
And my neighbor is in the excavation industry so he's going to do all the excavation for me for cheap.
(The quotes I was getting didn't include paint and didn't include insulation or drywall Because I was going to wait and do those next year)
And there is no plumbing.
