Three of us went deep sea fishing for a day and brought back Dorado (Mahi-Mahi) and Tuna for the chef to prepare for dinner that night. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. We had lots of fresh fish left over that we gave the chef to take home to his family/neighbors.
