12-0 is the obvious best case scenario. Looking at BYU from last year and the schedule I’d assume 8-4 would be the best case realistic scenario. Where the likely best case scenario is 6-6 and the worst most likely 2-9.

It’s a weird phrase inn how we interpret it. “Best case scenario”
