A lot of people (like me) have a really hard time tackling a big task. As an example, my car was TRASHED by my 3yo. To try to clean it all seemed too daunting...

I ended up paying someone to detail it and it was immaculate. That was months ago. Ever since then, I have done a really good job of keeping it MUCH cleaner than it was.

I just needed help getting back to a good starting point. I'm taking semiglutide and I THINK it'll help me to get a fresh start to do better in the future. We'll have to see.
