Scottie is moving very slowly. The cop who claims he was dragged, runs to meet the truck at an angle and certainly doesn’t look like he is ever dragged during this video.

Everyone else on the video seems fairly calm except for the one police officer. His motions are very animated and are unmatched by anyone else at the scene.

I’ve seen plenty of cop videos to know that when one guy gets dragged or hit or attacked, generally the other officers are right on the spot and raising the aggression level.

I’ll be flabbergasted if they continue to press charges
