Couldn't find a good example of an Iowa-type in the Big 12
Oklahoma St is probably the closest but have had some higher highs. Maybe Kansas St?
Iowa St, West Virginia and Texas Tech have generally been bad to mediocre (one Iowa St season aside).
TCU is a lot like Baylor in that they're up and down.
Kansas has obviously been abysmal until very recently
