There probably is a bigger NIL purse this year. Prices are rising in WW West.
It's the idea that BYU is outbidding others is what I am disagreeing with.

IDK. Maybe. But e.gs. KY, Big12, BYU is awesome might put BYU in the top group. In Chaz's case, desire for familiar.
