They are the same thing
Ozempic is just the brand name for the generic Semaglutide (like Tylenol/acetaminophen). I get mine from a compounding pharmacy where it is mixed with vitamin B12.

Its really not hard. You go to a doctor and say you want to get on it. They say ok and send a prescription.
