May just need longer & to get to higher dose.
My loss has been very slow & didn’t notice at all until got up to abt 20-25. Think it’s because I didn’t eat much before. Down just 17 lbs but anything helps. Increasing resistance workouts to help prevent muscle loss. About 35 to go but I notice the difference in energy & joints.
