Our new basketball GM must be wheeling and dealing to keep the books straight and donors filling the correct coffers.

To land Demin, we need to:

1. Fly him (and family?) to Provo for an official visit, navigating all the wickets to get him from and back to Berlin, Madrid and/or Russia

2. make sure he can enroll and be accepted at BYU (he's essentially been a pro basketball player since he was 16(?))

3. Pay a half million $ to Real Madrid to buy out his contract (assume BYU basketball would pay this but have no idea how or if this is governed by NCAA rules or Big12 regs or BYU policy)

4. Award a "normal" scholarship package with presumably large travel arrangements to get him home for the holidays

5. Arrange an acceptable NIL package through RBC and ensure donors are lined up to fund it

6. Work all the internal coordination (up through the BOT) to be prepared to transition payments from NIL to BYU when the huge transition happens tomorrow or next week or next month or next year.

7. Bunch of other stuff I haven't thought of
