So after wasting 20 min I said fine. Well, then it’s an hour of back and forth manager to sales to manage to sales about who knows what trying to finalize it.

I nodded and agreed to the 6 mo payoff.

I have to go to work. Leave the Mrs. She then calls after waiting another hour and says they came back with a rate of 8.9% or something crazy “because it have to be higher with the discount”.. this with 800+ credit

So I figure them wasting our 2-3 combined hours equals the 2k discount. Paid it off without caring a bit for those clowns.
