I did one 43 years ago in August. Cool, jacket-wearing air, but not too cold. Only rain was in Wrangell (what a hole).
I really liked Sitka, Juneau and Ketchikan. Trap shooting off the stern was fun, if that’s still a thing,
I was just off my mission and it was a BYU cruise. A nice LDS girl flirted with me, but I already had my prettier wife-to-be down in Utah. So it wasn’t any Love Boat cruise.
