the rule today is what the rule says. there is no court issuing any decision
today that would declare that illegal. It could change, but if it does happen it won't be today. If you're on east coast, its already memorial day and the court isn't working on a national holiday. If you're on the west, its still Sunday with same conclusion that a judge isn't going to render the rule illegal today on a Sunday.

If that were to happen, you'd see schools forming a different organization entirely or dropping sports.
