in the entire country? not sure. But the NCAA hasn't made any of the recent
changes except in response to a court injunction or in response to being sued in court for the various points. I don't think there are currently any suits against them from a former pro athlete to ask to have NCAA eligibility reinstated.

If that were to happen, you'd see schools forming a different organization entirely or dropping sports.
