It's the same basic crust as NY Style...
Same basic sauce. Same fresh mozzerella. Same oven (wood/coal). They just don't have the sausage...

Actually, the biggest difference between them and NY Style pizza is the size/shape of the pizzas. Other htan that, it pretty much is NY Style...
