prognosticators, ute fans, etc. all have high hopes for their team EVERY FREAKING YEAR. They think they will break out into their 03-04 times again...STILL. It is unbelieveable to me that they think that will happen.

I still think they will be our toughest team this year, but that is because of the rivalry and not necessarily because they will be the best team we face.

As long as Puntwig is running that team with BJ at the helm, I would have very little confidence in my football team if I were a ute fan. Puntwig will put BJ in compromising positions again with the spread and he will get hurt and not be able to throw or run effectively. The ute fans have hope for their team every year because they do have decent athletes on the offensive side of the ball, they have just never put it together. They would be good to go tp a power running game with Asiata and mack in the backfield, but it aint gonna happen.

And for ute fans to pull out the injury card from last year...that is pathetic. BYU almsot had as many bad injuries last year, but ute fans think their injuries were significantly worse, which is a complete falsehood.

I love this time every year where ute fans have these high hopes, only to lose, and lose, and lose again.

They will beat Michigan, and then lose to SDSU or Wyoming, or UNLV. That is just the way it is goinna be.
