Ribs are always great but for something different you can layer totillas, refried beans, monterey jack and cheddar cheese, onions/green chiles and seasoned ground beef to make a mexican lasagna. Serve it with salsa and sour cream. It's very good. Boneless/skinless chicken breasts mixed with potatoes, carrots, onions, and radishes is always good.
