Bronco is. Whittingham and Lavell never created a culture that was contrary to success and team based football. They praise(d) their players for their successes and didn't promote favoritism for a player based on how rudylike or rmish they are. They also didn't have a problem promoting their players for intrance to the NFL. Just play your working best players and cut out all the "band of brothers" and "earned it from life experiences" yewt. This is football! Let's treat as such!
