What good is an unenforced conduct guide?
And that's not what I'm talking about. You're essentially just pointing out that there are rules and a security team at the stadium. Every stadium has rules and security. I'm talking about the administration doing something proactive about the fans' bad behavior, not merely relying on fan reporting for removing a handful of people in the stadium for some of the illegal behavior. Of course they threw the naked lady out (although they somehow managed to do even that incompetently). But what about the sacrament tray stuff? The offering drinks to kids stuff? The blow-up doll stuff? The AD watching fans from his school throw things at reporters and the opposing coach stuff? Seriously, what was Hill thinking there? It's clear he's afraid of Larry Scott; is he afraid of his own fans, too?
