If he wants to respond, there are ways he could have done it that would have been positive and potentially helped to increase his market footprint. Instead, he took to social media and behaved like an entitled jock trying to bully people he views as less than himself.

The assumption that every random poster on this board is a chubby computer nerd that knows nothing about physical fitness is faulty at best. It's just as possible that the person that posted the critique was actually a partaker in the service that JP provides and gave an honest opinion about the product. JP needs to learn how to react to and analyze criticism, or his business will struggle.

All of this talk about it being his livelihood is true, except that his reaction was poor and he is accountable for that. Ya'll need to stop defending that level of immaturity.
