He made his Instagram post days before that positive post you referenced was made. He overreacted to a

misunderstanding. Someone felt JP lacked in certain areas based on his limited understanding and spoke up which is what message board people do all the time. Which is kind of JP's point. Most around ere don't know much about things they act like they know about. In this case, JP was just defending his business. He overreacted with his anger but he wanted to clear up the confusion.
