Yup. The majority of CB are his "fans". He'd have been better off creating an

official "company" user account on CB (either his actual name or his company's name as username) and answered/refuted the questions directly and professionally on the thread directly.

Going to Instagram and venting is no different than ranting on CB, save for the fact that he was using his real name.
