Considering he didn't have all the facts, trying

to get a discussion going with respect to the HC enforcement as being racially inequitable is useless. I don't care if he does a follow-up article, the article he put out was enough to make me not care a lick what he says--and that has nothing to do with my "testimony." It was shoddy research, and that's that.
