The problem is that the article equates ....
The article lays out the argument like this Racial discrimination = Honor Code suspension = BYU.
If he had said, non-lds = Honor Code suspension = questionable recruiting tactics by Crowton, I have no issues.
Causality for the root cause makes all the difference on this topic.

Framing it as a racial issue makes a big differnce I think, as I think it would make a big differnce to a potential recruit, regardless of how Bronco comes accross to a recruit.
Bronco is not > than BYU, and the argument is that BYU is racist.

Also if you don't think future AA recruits won't have a copy of this given to them by those recruiting against us, you are very naive when it comes to recruiting, and to the power this topic contains to an AA.
