I don't have much relocation experience, but if they are taking your land

entirely, I believe they must provide you with a relocation option, where they provide land that is in equal or better condition. If they are getting an easement, they just have to pay fair market value. If you want to get a land swap, I am almost positive you can get it. Keep me posted. I'll check with some relocation agents.
