it's harder to accept when you are on the other end of the deal especially when (1) that species of fish is already on its way out and there is no guarantee or surety it will make a comeback and (2) none of my property is actually in an area where they are physically making any changes. What I do would have zero affect on the ecosystem of their planned project.
