I honestly think he maxed out his talent at an earlier age than most. This is why he appeared so polished in High School. The college game is so much quicker, he had a hard time adapting to it. The most glaring proof of this came in the Ole Miss game when he stared at his receiver for three seconds before throwing a pick 6. Safety knew exactly what was going to happen and took it to the house. College game is too quick for Jake. Which is why I think he'd be a really good DivII qb. Could even gain some recognition from that, maybe land in the AFL, or Canada.
