I knew Steve @ The Y when Scovil was trying to change him to db. Coaching matters. System matters. Steve had Ted Tolner and Mike Holmgren. Jake had Doman who didn't even know if he would be in the press box or on the sideline. Bronco blew it by allowing Doman to be OC and QB coach simultaneously. Steve sucked @ Tampa because the coach sucked.@SF Steve had Bill Walsh.......
