RE: Obviously the point is that this year's draft is far better than 2012.
Not sure how you got to where I'm calling out every Jazz fan. I was calling you out for your foolish statement that the Jazz are in their best position in the last 4 years. I'm not sure how you can even argue that. It's just silly.

Tanking is NOT clearly the only real option for a small market team to get a superstar. Any idea where Tony Parker and Manu Ginobeli were drafted ? How about Dirk Nowitzki ? Besides I've shown you that we had likely higher picks in previous years without having to tank. It's possible this year's draft has more star players available than previous years ... maybe. It's also possible we'll end up with the 7th pick and not get one of those players too or that we'll choose the player that doesn't pan out.

Please tell me how you measure a team/business's success if it's not by winning games and selling tickets ? You're kind of clueless on this huh ? A small market team like the Jazz cannot survive long by losing money every year. Which will continue to happen if we keep losing at this rate so I hope this all works out. I like having a team in Utah.

Don't get too stuck on that 9 year figure either. Deron showed us just how long a top player has to stay if they want to leave. (See also LeBron James, Chris Paul, etc).

I hope this comes together for the Jazz, and I have guarded optimism with Dennis Lindsey on board, BUT I'm not ignoring the very realistic possibility that it could all fall apart too. Jazz management has acknowledged that as well. Please tell me again how the Jazz are in their 'best position' in the last 4 years. hahahahaha
