Any school is free to adopt the same provisions as I understand it.
The P-5 will require their institutions to follow them, the other 21 conferences and follow or not. If I'm not mistaken, Holmoe has stated BYU will follow the P-5 provisions. I doubt the WCC would quibble. BYU has been good to and for them.
