The PAC is not the SEC, but they are 95% of the SEC this year.
They returned 10 starteing QB's. Most of them will be playing in the NFL. Oregon, UCLA, Stanford, and USC will be as good as anybody in the country this year. The coaching in the PAC is the best in the country. They may not have a team that could beat the SEC #1, but the bottom of PAC is better than the bottom of the SEC. This is not the PAC of a few years ago. This may be the best the conference has ever been.
