One of Bronco's flaws has been his desire to focus on the defensive side of the ball and let the OC and coaches handle the offensive side. One of the things Bronco experienced last year when playing Wisconsin was watching the offensive line dominate the line of scrimmage and how this impacted the game. He even commented to Gary Anderson at mid field after the game how impressed he was with their physicality

I for one am glad that he is spending his time working with the offensive line and think this will help improve the effort and performance. Getting the right talent in place will still take time, but this is a nice strategic change for Bronco
