It would difficult to prove that those substantially higher ratings actually have anything to do with Utah. Ratings for a particular time slot are a more accurate means of comparison between the two. BYU has performed well when looking at the time slot.

You mock BYU fans for overestimating our importance (nice touch in comparing us to the sunbelt without posting any actual data) and then proceed to severely overestimate the importance of Utah. You probably also believe that Utah as an entity is worth $25 million or so per year to a conference when in reality any school added to the PAC 10 would have produced those numbers when including the conference championship game.
