Hopefully this isn't sour grapes, but Langi struggled at the U and keeping up with the rigors of the program. His first year he struggled to learn the playbook, pick up block and also had serious problems with fumbling the ball. My understanding is that the majority of his time was attempts to learn how to hold onto the ball.
But he is athletic, no doubt, so defense really would be the best position for him to see minutes. Good luck to him, I wish that he and his mission president would have focused more on being a missionary than about football, and I wish that BYU football would have respected his time out there (please don't try to say he wasn't being recruited). But he'll do well and hopefully he finds happiness and success at the Y.
