I made someone an offer to work for me and for all intents and purposes it was 6 figures. He wasn't happy with the offer because he precived that he was better than another guy who was making a few thousand more than what he was making. Rather than being happy to be getting a 15% raise and breaking the 6 figure barrier he was mad that he wasn't as highly paid as employee X. I litterally had to say to him that perception is crap, he needs to just worry about himself. If the money is good and by most standards it is, then just be happy with it.

Do I care that my guy TH isn't on a list of top 100 nope I don't. To me he is #4 and plays for the Y so that is awesome enough and I am happy. Maybe some of these slighted players get a bit of a chip on the sholder ala MJ and kick some serious but,but from a fan perspective IDC at all.
