there is a reason you only cited yards but not completion pct. or passing efficiency. But you can't just ignore those. Now he did have some games where he was great all around. He just didn't do it very consistently. It would be something if he had those great games with the rest being average. The problem was he had those great games with the rest being well below average, including a couple that happened after his really good stretch in the middle of the season.
