How about compared to the rest of the nation?
He was average compared to most QB's... whocares about the system you play in... stop drumming up excuses for his shortcomings last year. He has a very subpar year... it is what it is.
There is LOTS of room for improvement. If what he put up was considered "good" numbers based on the system, then the system needs to get axed because the numbers weren't all that great.
