..There were a lot of really bad no calls in the Utah game..as I recall the first pass to Hoffman over the middle he got decked from behind by McGill who didn't even care to make a play at the ball, he was targeting Hoff all the way and hit him well before the ball arrived, no call. That kind of stuff was given to the yewts all game long, tons of grabbing and holding by their DB's all game long. That last no call was par for the course in that game.

There were calls both ways that were bad to be fair but the really critical ones always went against BYU (the Hine 100 yd KO return for a TD was the coup de grace). That's what happens when their DB's can cover our WRs at the LOS and our DB's have to give their WR's 10-15 yd cushions. We'll never be close enough to commit PI's as often as they did.

They were loose and played to win and we played tight like we were trying not to lose, spotted them a huge lead and couldn't come back.

This PAC12 crew was disciplined by the Pac12 for their absolute reckless disregard for the rules and fair play when they cheated the Badgers out of a chance to win vs the Sun Devils earlier that season. We shouldn't expect any better from them playing another Pac12 team. We should get used to that kind of officiating from now on when we play Utah. Crooked Pac12 officiating being on their side is the only real advantage they've received since joining the conference. it gift-wrapped the game for them and assured their win.
