it's the total, and it's deducted from my pay check every month
$12,000+ for health insurance is a complete waste of money and represents a HUGE inefficiency in the market and a money grab by gov't and insurance companies who want a part in the medical "industry".
when you add deductibles, copay's etc i'll pay more toward "medical" costs than ANYTHING on my budget, except maybe my home. that is INSANE, given the facdt that we are a very healthy family and use doctors 2-3 times a year max.
