Harmless. I HATE spiders and because we live next to a wooded field our basement gets a ton of hobos. I did a bunch of research the first 3 years we lived in our house and never found a confirmed case of a hobo spider bite the amounted to anything more than a red bump. There were some lab tests in mice that resulted in a large infected ulser type wound that are common with brown recluse bites but other than that there hasn't been much recorded or confirmed hobo spider bites that are as serious as the reputation that they have earned. I wouldn't worry about it or lose any sleep over it.
