Ours just hid from the spray, and it didn't get rid of any bugs. We thought it worked cause we didn't get bitten for a month, but soon enough the bites were back.

It could work if someone sprays four or more times and very throughouly, in the right timing for the bedbug reproduction cycle, since it doesn't kill eggs. The only thing that killed ours was heat. Not a single bug or bite since. Killed all the bugs and eggs. Expensive but worth the peace of mind alone.
