Here is what you do to make the wife feel better....

go to home Depo... buy some spider spray or granules and spread them along the foundation and in the window wells. buy some sticky spider traps... set them around your house ( behind couch, in garage, downstairs. Keep them away from the cat because they don't do well in a sticky trap. ) That should make the wife feel better...all for about 40 bucks, and you are the family hero.

Serious... fall is the time of year that spiders start moving from outside to inside.... best to get a jump on it now... Happy Spider killing..
